Feroz William, our esteemed Head Chef, brings a wealth of international culinary experience and a passion for innovative cooking to our restaurant. His journey began in the picturesque islands of Fiji, where he honed his craft at renowned establishments such as the Hyatt Regency, Hideaway Resort, and the Regent of Fiji.
Seeking to expand his horizons, Feroz moved to New Zealand, where he continued to refine his skills in the culinary arts. His pursuit of excellence later led him to Sydney, Australia, where he studied Commercial Cookery at the prestigious Ryde TAFE. During his time in Sydney, Feroz held key positions in esteemed establishments, working as a Sous Chef at the Epping Hotel and later advancing to the role of Head Chef at the Wentworth Hotel.
Despite his success in various parts of the world, Feroz always held onto a childhood dream—to own a restaurant where he could create unique recipes and share his love of cooking with others. That dream brought him to Hervey Bay, a place he now proudly calls home. Here, Feroz combines his rich culinary heritage with local flavors to create dishes that are both innovative and deeply satisfying.
